Un plan anti-pollution pour New York

Le maire de New-York Michael Bloomberg a dévoilé un vaste plan pour "un New York plus grand et plus vert", qui prévoit notamment de planter un million d'arbres d'ici 2017 (dont un quart le long des routes) et d'imposer une taxe de huit dollars aux automobilistes entrant dans Manhattan.
